Find below a number of frequently asked questions that may be of help as well:

Is a minimum number of people needed to start a route?It is possible to book from a single person to groups of 50 pax. We adapt to each client and provide an à la carte service (see special conditions for large groups of 20 pax or more).

What level of cycling do I need to do one of your routes?There are routes for all levels and, although La Rioja is not flat, with a normal path you will not have any problem. You can also choose to bring an electric bike for convenience.

What is the cancellation policy at La Rioja Bike Tours?We do not charge anything in advance. Your word is enough to hire the service. The conditions of very large groups can be evaluated.

Are the bikes and routes right for me?Of course! Our bikes are very comfortable and we have different sizes and models to suit any height, weight and age. We also have bicycles, chairs and trailers for children. We offer routes for cyclists of any level, from an easy tour through Logroño's green belt to a demanding road stage. Also with epic climbs.

Do we need to make a reservation?It is the best way to guarantee the best service from us. Although we have a large bike park, we wouldn't want you to be disappointed by not planning ahead.

Do you organize guided tours?Without a doubt we can be your personal cycling guide in La Rioja for all levels. We offer a guided road trip with Abraham Olano as an exceptional guide. It is a unique opportunity to pedal alongside a superclass in the history of cycling (groups up to 10 pax check availability and conditions).

What happens if I have a flat tire or if the bike has a breakdown?All our services include a puncture repair kit and an inflator. If you know how to fix a flat tire, you won't have a problem. Breakdowns do not happen frequently, our bikes are in top condition and equipped with puncture-proof tyres. If you can't figure it out on your own, we'll take care of it free of charge.

What kind of support will I receive during the trip?We will help you with any problem you may have during the route. You don't have to worry about anything other than enjoying yourself.

Do you deliver and collect bicycles?We pick up and deliver bikes if you wish. There is a charge associated with the transport of bicycles and labor (consult).
